Bangkok Dangerous review

Posted : 9 years, 10 months ago on 1 July 2014 02:50 (A review of Bangkok Dangerous)

i know that a lot of critic would say that it's not a outstanding action film but in the other hand this movie as some good moments as a romantic drama between Nicolas Cage and the very cute Charlie Yeung who's really sparkling and great in her role of a deaf pharmacist. the first hour of this film is great but in the second part of the film the story is TRANSFORMED like a bad screenplay of Micheal Bay's movies... the boss wants to track down the killer (Cage) for nothing even if he didn't screwed any of is killing contract and after when he screwed is last contract the battle begins between them until the end.
there's some good action scenes at some point but the screenplay is so weird that we lost the pleasure that we had in the first hour of the film.
my rating 4.5=Acceptable and for my pleasure meter my rating is 3.5/5.0 Stars for the pleasure that i had in the first hour of the film.

Pawn Shop Chronicles review

Posted : 9 years, 10 months ago on 28 June 2014 03:21 (A review of Pawn Shop Chronicles)

it's a very crazy movie with a mixed of Quentin Tarantino & Robert Rodriguez movies style. it's violent, weird, gory and funny and the characters played by Paul Walker, Kevin Rankin & Matt Dillon are some of the weirdess that i've saw in recent years. the movies as some high's and some low's but overall it's deliciously mentally disrupt and you won't forget some crazy scenes from this one... believe me.
My Rating : 4.0=Good - My Pleasure Meter : 3.5/5.0 Stars

The Mechanic review

Posted : 10 years ago on 30 March 2014 04:12 (A review of The Mechanic)

This remake of Micheal Winner's The Mecanic (1972) is not good at all. the cast is not so bad Jason Statham as Arthur Bishop and Donald Sutherland as Harry McKenna did a great job but Ben Foster as Steve McKenna it's a miscast and even if is acting is good he doesn't have the same type of presence like Jan-Micheal Vincent had in the original version. the screenplay is bad and the whole story is like a rusty motor who needs a Mecanic to repair this bad one.

Dracula 4 Film Collection (2 Disc Box Set) review

Posted : 10 years, 6 months ago on 6 October 2013 10:35 (A review of Dracula 4 Film Collection (2 Disc Box Set))

The sad thing about this collection it's that Dracula Prince Of Darkness (1966) the # 2 of the series is not in it. the series starts with Horror Of Dracula (1958) and Dracula As Risen From Is Grave (1968) is the 3rd one and the series ends up with Dracula A.D. 1972 (1972).
